KITA FESTIVAL OFFERS FOUR HOLISTIC SEGMENTS UNDER ONE ROOF
PUCHONG, 8 September 2022 – Kita Festival is a youth-centric community event curated for all Malaysians with diverse attractions including shopping bazaar, food trucks, fitness, esports, extreme sports, capacity building classes, advocacy programs and indie music performances! After two years of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, Kita Festival is now calling Malaysians to come and join us in celebrating the youth through this anticipated holistic event from 24th to 25th September.
The two-day festival will be hosted in Spacerubix, a vibrant and inspirational hub with multipurpose spaces located in Puchong, Selangor. Showcasing an array of fresh and youthful activities throughout the event, Kita Festival is your go-to event if you are looking forward to experiencing an exciting and wholesome weekend like no other alongside family and friends.
During the event, Kita will offer four holistic segments that starts with Kita Gig, brought to you by Rakita 107.9, this is the first gig to be held in ESI Hub @ Spacerubix, only on the night of 24th September. Kita Gig will be showcasing star line-ups like Hullera, Grey Sky Morning, Budak Nakal Hujung Simpang, Aman Ra ft DJ Uno, and Kyoto Protocol. Tickets are now selling fast at RM65 for early-bird, RM 85 for door price and tickets can be purchased now at kitagig.ubertickets.my.
Meanwhile, under Impact Malaysia, Kita Function visitors can learn something new, and be inspired to be a changemaker where Freedom Film Festival will be screening films that lets you discover social issues and host engaging discussions with filmmakers after. There will also be a Yoga session with Asha Michibata from Ruma Yoga.
The Kita Market by Picksum will be showcasing a curated bazaar strategically positioned within the beautiful Spacerubix enclave where visitors can discover products by local young entrepreneurs and community. There will also be food trucks serving different kinds of menu including western and local favorites. The market will feature brands such as 1901, Mat Rock, Hanim Orang Asli, Moo-treats, Bead-sery and many more.
Last but not least, Kita Game will be offering both esports and sports activities during the two-day festival. Esports Integrated will be organizing a couple of esports masterclasses for free, for all esports enthusiasts who are interested to build their career in esports. Our event partner, ar.co_skateshop will also organize a skate competition whereas BMX Platform Distribution will feature a jam session. Both of them will also be opening up booths for product display. More on Kita Game, Spacerubix in collaboration with WNZ will be organizing a community futsal tournament on Saturday and a floorball tournament on Sunday.
